Tracey qualified as an accredited coach in 2002 and attained PCC accreditation with the ICF in 2018; Tracey has been working with businesses to improve their performance ever since. Tracey is also trained in supporting businesses during the redundancy process and offers discreet and confidential counselling for those affected. She is also a certified NLP Business Practitioner. The Importance of Employee Engagement

Following wonderful feedback in response to her contribution at a CIPD Conference, Tracey was invited to work with a number of exciting clients on their Employee Engagement. Increasingly, organisations of all "shapes and sizes" are waking up to the fact, supported by vast amounts of research, that the engagement levels of staff are key to enduring success and profitability / sustainability.
